“Seven-and-a-half years ago, on September 11, 2001, New Yorkers gave a lesson of extraordinarily generous courage to the world. Selfless police officers, fire fighters, and emergency medical personnel, saved lives, and many gave theirs. Their sacrifice was an ecumenical, inter-religious civic testimony to the worth of every human person. You did us all proud, and now how proud I am now to partner with all of you in that same spirit…”— from Archbishop Dolan’s homily at his Mass of Installation

God bless!
It is good to see you post again! I really like your blog - you are tremendous for being such a young person. You have a great deal of spiritual maturity. I can't wait to read your next blog.

Thanks, Brian & Anonymous!
ReplyDeleteI really wish I could post more often. I know I probably break the “cardinal rule of blogging” by not posting at least twice weekly, but I usually wind up having to give each post a lot of thought (and often some fact-checking or back research)—which takes me more time than you’d think. So I’m very grateful for patient readers like yourselves!
Hey, I check your blog at least once or twice a week and it's always a great (and good) surprise when there's something new up. You make me think. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteAnd who said there was a cardinal rule of blogging anyway?!
